About Me (&)
My Journey
I wanted to know why some sites pull traffic for free while others pay for every click and still can't be found. Thirty-odd websites later I'm still opening every project with that question.

Marketing, from the ground up
BBA Marketing at IMSciences, Peshawar. Four years on consumer behaviour, brand strategy, and why people buy.

@imsciences

Marketing, from the ground up
Four years of BBA Marketing at the Institute of Management Sciences in Peshawar. Consumer behaviour, brand strategy, market research. It sounds far from crawl budgets, but it's the reason I think about the buyer before the channel, and that has been worth more than any tool I've picked up since.

What makes people trust a website
Research on trust in e-commerce, and how much perceived risk quietly decides what people will buy.

@research
What makes people trust a website
My research looked at consumer trust in e-commerce, using the PROCESS macro and a Sobel test to pull perceived risk out as a mediating variable. Dry stuff on paper. But it's why I don't take a conversion rate at face value now. The number tells you people left. It never tells you what they were worried about.

First audits, first surprises
Everyone assumes it's the content. It's usually a redirect chain from a migration nobody has touched since.

@seo

First audits, first
surprises
The first proper audits taught me something I still see nearly every month. Clients are convinced the writing is the problem. It almost never is. It's forty pages sharing one meta title, or a robots rule left behind from staging, or a redirect chain from a migration two years back. Nobody looks, so nothing moves.

The unglamorous half
Technical SEO at UnitedSol. Crawl paths, redirect chains, schema, indexation. None of it looks like marketing.

@unitedsol

The unglamorous half
UnitedSol is where I went properly deep on the technical side. Crawl budget, indexation gaps, schema, page speed. It's invisible work. No client has ever been excited by a fixed canonical tag. But get it right once and every piece of content you publish afterwards has to work less hard to rank.

Seven sites, seven problems
Google Ads and SEO at DX Creativ. Seven live client sites, each broken in its own way.

@dxcreativ

Seven sites, seven problems
Seven live client sites at DX Creativ, all at once. Technical audits, on-page, content strategy, link building, and Google Ads running alongside. You learn to prioritise fast when there's no chance of fixing everything. Most weeks the job was working out which single change would move the most, then defending why the other twelve could wait.

Paid and organic, same system
Performance marketing at Remote Opus. Ads and SEO stopped being two separate jobs.

@remoteopus

Paid and
organic, same system
At Remote Opus I run the whole thing. Google and Meta Ads, SEO, landing pages, conversion tracking. Running both sides showed me how much gets wasted keeping them apart. Paid tells you in a fortnight which keywords bring buyers instead of browsers. Organic takes months to work that out on its own.

Still the same question
What is actually stopping this site from growing? Everything else follows from the answer.

@johar

Still the same question
The method hasn't really changed since that first audit. Find what's broken, work out what each thing is costing, fix the expensive ones first, then build around what buyers are already searching for. No templates. And no reporting that quietly buries a bad month.
Built for Search,Made
to Convert
Three years across e-commerce, travel, B2B and agency work. The services I get asked for most, and underneath them, three projects with the actual numbers.

Technical SEO
Crawl paths, redirect chains, indexation gaps, page speed. The problems that hold a site back long before anyone gets to blame the content.

Google Ads
Search campaigns built for leads, then tightened week by week on keywords, bids and copy until cost per conversion drops and stays down.

Meta Ads
Targeting, budget and bids handled end to end. Judged on cost per acquisition, not on reach or impressions.

Local SEO
Business Profile, local pack visibility, and the service pages that turn a nearby search into a phone call. Usually the fastest win available.

E-Commerce SEO
Hundreds of indexed pages, almost no organic traffic. The crawl turned up over 200 issues. Fourteen keywords hit page one inside four months.

PAK Tour Guide
No authority, no local visibility, nothing. Destination pages and a properly built Business Profile took it from zero to 1,000 monthly organics in five months.

Agency Portfolio
Seven client sites at once, every one at a different stage. Traffic up 38% on average across the portfolio.

On-Page SEO
Keyword placement, heading structure, depth, internal linking. Individually minor. Together they're the difference between position eight and position two.

Keyword Research
What buyers actually type, not what sounds right in a meeting. Rank for the wrong phrase and you lose months finding out.
What
You Get?
Technical fixes, search strategy and paid media pointed the same way. At qualified traffic and enquiries, not at numbers that only look good in a slide.
Technical fixes, search strategy
and paid media pointed the same way. At qualified traffic and enquiries, not at numbers that only look good in a slide.
SEO Audits
A full crawl and a plain list of what's blocking you, ordered by what it costs rather than by how quick it is to fix.
Technical SEO
Crawl paths, redirect chains, schema and indexation sorted out, so search engines can reach every page and tell what it's for.
Content & On-Page
Keyword strategy, structure, depth and internal links, built around what the searcher was actually after when they typed it.
Paid Media
Google and Meta Ads run end to end. Targeting, budget, bids, copy, all pointed at cost per acquisition.
Conversion Optimisation
Tracking set up properly first, then the funnel tightened so the traffic you're already paying for stops leaking out of it.
Ways We
Can Work
Same process either way. What changes is the scope, and how much of it you need right now.
